YOU’LL RECEIVE A QUOTE

You will receive an freight quote via email in 1 to 2 hours during our normal business hours  of 7:30 AM to 11 PM PM Monday through Friday eastern time. All quotes have a reference number and an assigned Shipping Agent who will assist you with any and all questions.

After you have reviewed your emailed quote, you should call our toll free customer services number, 800-716-7608. 

At that time we will answer any questions you may have and if you desire, schedule your shipment. We recommend calling as soon as possible to assure a timely pickup and a price consistent with the quote.

If you have questions or require a quote sooner than 2 hours, you may choose to call our Freight Services Help Line at:

7:30 AM to 11 PM PM Monday through Friday

 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM On Saturday

  12PM to 3PM On Sunday (Eastern Standard Time)

We will produce all the shipping documents. These may be faxed, Emailed or mailed to you.

You simply fill out the documents and return them to us. Included in the documentation is an invoice clearly showing the shipping charge.

 

WE SCHEDULE & DISPATCH THE PICK UP

After you have returned the shipping documents, we will schedule your shipment. At the time your shipment is picked up, the driver will sign your copy of the shipping documents and you will retain this as proof of shipping. You will also be given a tracking number and toll free telephone number for tracking your shipment.
